Angry Birds Project
The birds are angry. The pigs have stolen and hidden their eggs. The Birds Protection Services (BPS) will have to find a way to eliminate the pigs and get the eggs back. The BPS has asked you to help generate a path that will efficiently eliminate the pigs. The parabolas might be upward or downward parabola. How many equations can you write? How do you know that number is the most effective number?
Fractals Project
There are two parts to this project. The first part is to create a visual representation of sequences and series given a set of instructions (Sierpinski's Triangle or Von Koch Snowflake). The second part is to create your own geometric representation of sequences and series.
Data Analysis Project
Write an analytics paper and prepare a presentation to show the relationship between two variables.
Examples of topical questions:
- Is there a relationship between literacy rate and murder rate?
- Does happiness correlate with how much money you make?
- Does church attendance have a relationship with divorce?
